We are distributor partners for SICK Malaysia and brands such as Qlightec, Velledq, Puls, Binder, Canon, and I-Bon, offering consultation, design services, support, and training to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based on-site in Bayan Lepas. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, consulting with customers on product selection, performing functionality checks, and troubleshooting. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure optimal solutions for our clients. Qualifications

Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales skills and ability to develop sales strategies Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Experience in the automation industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
