Talent Acquisition Internship

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes within a dynamic and multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for recruiting top talent, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
• Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the maintenance of applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
