(A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Accounting & Finance
- Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit / debit notes.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and journal entries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients / vendors when necessary.
Reporting & Compliance
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in preparation of management reports and schedules for audits.Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.Comply with relevant statutory and tax requirements (e.g., SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, KWSP, PCB).Internal Coordination
Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and bankers when required.Provide administrative support to the Finance & Accounts team.(C) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education Level
Diploma / Degree in Accounting.Working Experience
At least (1) year of working experience in the relevant field is required.Fresh graduate encourage to apply.Special Knowledge / Skill
Must be PC literate especially in Microsoft office applications.Possess a professional disposition and good attitude.Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time by the supervisor or management.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
