(A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Accounting & Finance

  • Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit / debit notes.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and journal entries.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients / vendors when necessary.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparation of management reports and schedules for audits.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
  • Comply with relevant statutory and tax requirements (e.g., SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, KWSP, PCB).

    • Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and bankers when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance & Accounts team.

    • (C) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    Education Level

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting.

    • Working Experience

  • At least (1) year of working experience in the relevant field is required.
  • Fresh graduate encourage to apply.

    • Special Knowledge / Skill

  • Must be PC literate especially in Microsoft office applications.
  • Possess a professional disposition and good attitude.
  • Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time by the supervisor or management.

    Pay : From RM2,200.00 per month
