Accountant (ID : 685473)

Responsibilities

• Full Set of Accounts
• Daily bank reconciliation and checking of cash book
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash level
• Cross-checking knock off by accounts executives
• Liaise with external auditor, management and internal head of accounts
• Ensure all data is supported by proper documentation and appropriately filed
• Assist with month‑end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, and schedules
• Prepare payment vouchers for creditors
• Track due dates to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties
• Maintain accurate up to date supplier ledgers
• Liaise with colleagues in AR department to follow up on outstanding payments and debt collection
• Provide necessary documentation and support during audits or financial reviews
• Ensure proper record‑keeping and documentation for compliance, tax submissions and future references
• Assist in annual audit
