Job descriptionEnsure financial records and reports comply with accounting standards, group policies, and regulations. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and group financial submissions. Coordinate annual financial audits and ensure timely filing of audited statements. Handle deferred tax calculations, lease accounting, and reporting for representative offices. Uphold adherence to the group’s Essential Key Controls Policy. Act as primary liaison for internal and compliance audits. Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special assignments. Contribute to process improvements within the Finance Department. Qualified Professional : Member of a recognized body (MIA, ACCA, MICPA) or degree in Accounting / Finance. Experience : 2–3 years in an audit firm, ideally leading audits for mid-sized multinational clients. Passionate & Proactive : Keeps up-to-date with accounting and tax developments. Independent yet Collaborative : Owns projects while thriving in a motivated, supportive team. Analytical & Articulate : Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.

About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our team. This role will oversee financial and compliance matters across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines , ensuring full alignment with local regulations and group standards.
Taxation (Corporate, Indirect & Transfer Pricing)
- Oversee the full tax compliance cycle, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Review and optimize tax computations while leveraging available incentives.
- Lead preparation and finalization of annual transfer pricing documentation and CbCR compliance.
- Manage tax payments, reconciliations, and interactions with local authorities.
- Act as key contact for tax audits through to resolution.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in tax compliance.
