AML Product Manager (Solution Architect)

Position Overview : The AML Advisory role is an AML Solution Expert, to design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s anti‑money‑laundering compliance risk coverage, user experience with operational efficiency. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the firm meets regulatory requirements, mitigates financial crime risk, and delivers a secure, user‑friendly compliance environment for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Understand the AML compliance life cycle along with the business life cycle (e.g., account opening, ongoing business risks, RFI for medium and high risk custoemrs and account closure due to high risks)
• Own the end‑to‑end architecture of AML solutions (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, EDD, AML workflow, reporting, data lake, AI / ML pipelines)
• Map AML procedures / SOPs to system processes / workflows, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Implementation & Integration
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of new AML modules and upgrades
• Integrate third‑party solutions seamlessly with in-house solutions
• Ensure seamless integration with upstream & downstream systems within the organization
• Define product road‑maps in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Prioritize features based on regulatory change, risk appetite, and market demands
• Quality Assurance
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with QA teams
• Lead AML risk assessment, quality control for the AML procedures
• Analytics & Reporting
• Build dashboards, KPI tracking, and alert metrics
• Leverage data science / AI to improve risk detection accuracy
• Project Management
• Manage project timelines and cross‑functional teams
• Conduct change impact analysis and stakeholder communication
• Training & Knowledge Transfer - Develop user manuals, training modules, and conduct sessions for compliance, legal, and ops teams
