Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Associate at CHARLES & KEITH Group in Petaling Jaya. The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. Day-to-day duties include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, managing inventory, and supporting sales activities to meet store targets. The role also includes fostering teamwork and cooperation with colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage positively with customers and team members
• Proven capability in delivering customer-focused service and enhancing customer experiences
• Experience with inventory management, stock handling, and maintaining organization within a retail environment
• A passion for fashion and an understanding of contemporary trends is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic team environment
