Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Process improvement and automation for operational excellence : HR processes automation, automate reports generation, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Provide efficient operational and administration support to the Manager and Team Lead in order to ensure the delivery of HR transactional and operational services to stakeholders are in accordance with the HR policies / procedures and of exceptional quality and timeliness.
- Provide and keep up-to-date HR Data Reports and Statistics to internal and external parties.
- Validating data from time to time and ensure data is entered in the appropriate HR systems in an effective and accurate manner.
- Issue Handling and Escalation : Provides support to employees on Rewards and Benefits related topics and escalates to subject matter experts.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of internal customer requests (managers / employees / HR) via the HR ticketing tool in a discreet, professional manner while respecting data privacy constraints.
- Others :
- Projects as Assigned : Participate on project teams as assigned.
- Perform other duties in HR People Services according to business needs.
Note : 1‑year renewable contract under a third‑party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Business Administration (with an IT focus), Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science / Analytics.1–2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of experience for employees with a diploma.Possesses strong hands‑on knowledge in HR systems and is proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.Demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to quickly understand, learn, and apply hands‑on skills, and communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency, and is articulate and meticulous.Skilled in VBA / Macro, coding and automation to streamline HR processes, generate reports, and eliminate repetitive tasks.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
