Your day to day responsibility
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams for the assigned market, identifying and engaging potential clients and opportunities.
- Drive the entire sales process from initial contact through strategy proposal, presentation and successful conclusion, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach.
- Perform market research to identify opportunities, lead sales initiatives and generate company awareness through consultants and plant owner involvement, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, utilizing creativity and independent judgment to evaluate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to manage company risks that could potentially impact company growth and ensure excellent customer service through regular client engagement and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will possess :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in sales within the valve industry, ideally with a minimum of 1 year, is preferred.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively close deals.Possess effective problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
