Job descriptionLiaise with auditors, bankers, tax and corporate secretariat agents Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate SOPs Identify and address improvements in internal controls Prepare annual budgets and forecasts Monitor cash flow, involve in costs control, and variance analysis Enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency. Implement and enhance existing workflows and / or new systems. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business, ACCA (or equivalent) Min 3 years experience in external audit Competency in interpretation of MFRS Proficiency in group consolidation of accounts
Overview
We are seeking an ACCOUNTANT (new position) to supervise a regional finance team with the Finance Manager and CFO in enhancing financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal controls, treasury, regional finance and tax integration, and ensuring compliance in MFRS.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Draft audit financial statements
- Prepare and / or check management reports
- Conduct analytical review
- Participate in due diligence exercise of target companies
- Prepare group consolidation of accounts and segment reporting
