Key Responsibilities

• Data Center Operations : Manage and oversee business data center operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems and data infrastructure.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into effective analytics solution.
• BI Solution : Design, and develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports and data visualization using BI tools.
• Data Analysis : Analyze complex business data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Data Quality & Governance : Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
• Liaison Role : Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure data-driven decision making aligns with company objectives.
• Emerging Technologies : Stay updated with emerging data technologies and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
