Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale high‑performing technology teams in building modern, cloud‑native trading and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Framework , AWS , Dockerized architectures , and microservices .

This role involves driving modernization initiatives, optimizing legacy systems, and implementing cutting‑edge solutions using event‑driven and serverless architectures . You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide hands‑on technical leadership, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable software solutions.
• Drive modernization of legacy systems through cloud‑native, Dockerized, and microservices‑based architectures.
• Architect and implement event‑driven and serverless solutions using AWS technologies.
• Oversee Agile delivery processes, ensuring timely, efficient, and high‑performing product releases.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
• Promote best practices in software engineering, CI / CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
