Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Key responsibilities :

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing / screening / shortlisting
• Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently as defined by SLAs / KPIs.
• Generating timely and accurate data / metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management.
• Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary.
