We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to manage and deliver top-tier talent for Sales, Pre-sales and Technical roles.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including market mapping and competitive intelligence, to proactively identify and engage specialized passive Sales talent
- Qualify, interview, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (except for onboarding) for all assigned requisitions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Sales Hiring Managers, providing consultative guidance on market conditions, talent strategy, and complex offer negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed defined KPIs and act as the primary project owner for all searches, providing regular status reports.
Requirements :
Minimum 5+ years of progressive corporate and / or search firm recruiting experience, including full-life cycle recruiting.Critical Requirement : Demonstrable and recent experience successfully recruiting for senior-level, B2B, or Enterprise Sales roles.Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex requisitions autonomously and deliver results within tight deadlines.Strong command of English, proficient communication skills, and competency with Google Applications (or comparable tools).Possess a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (preferred).Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.Seniority level
