We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to manage and deliver top-tier talent for Sales, Pre-sales and Technical roles.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including market mapping and competitive intelligence, to proactively identify and engage specialized passive Sales talent
• Qualify, interview, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (except for onboarding) for all assigned requisitions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Sales Hiring Managers, providing consultative guidance on market conditions, talent strategy, and complex offer negotiations.
• Achieve and exceed defined KPIs and act as the primary project owner for all searches, providing regular status reports.
