Ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality standards
Handle escalations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and drive team results

Job Requirements

1â2 years of Team Lead experience in content moderation, or related field

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Flexible to work in a 24 / 7 shift-based environment
