Legal Manager

legal manager Based in : Head Office, Ipoh Responsibilities

• Providing legal advisory regarding land, merger and acquisition, licensing, encroachment, fraud, litigation, breach of contract terms, etc.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documents and contracts; management and administration of legal documents.
• Identifying, researching and resolving legal issues.
• Liaising and coordinating with external counsel on all legal issues and matters that may arise from time to time.
• Coaching and supervising legal assistant(s).
• Monitoring legislative developments, identifying emerging issues to the company, and strategic counsel to help the business.
• Undertaking such other duties as assigned from time to time.
