Responsibilities
Comprehensive views of division performance metrics (sales, census, costing, pipeline, product / service SKUs, down‑stream sales).
Dashboards development : (Power BI and equivalents), refresh and maintenance.
Reports for WAL division and stakeholders : Preparing and presenting periodic data queries / summary reports.
Data accuracy and integrity : Across all databases and reporting platforms. Verification of data sources, conduct quality checks, and improve reports.
Commercial Analysis & Insights : Develop and share insights with cross‑functional teams.
Lean improvements through automation : Automate manual tasks or reporting for lean processes.
Other assigned tasks : Deliver or provide essential support of any other assigned tasks to support peers or other divisions.
In charge of maintaining comprehensive documentation of BI processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer, ensure consistency and compliance with any Group IT policies and SOPs.
Qualifications
At least a Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or any related courses.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic operations or management consulting role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Data driven, curious, strong analytical reasoning.
Business and strategic acumen (scenario analysis skills, ecosystem awareness, outcome oriented).
Technical skills (Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL or similar tools) , strong in data handling and automation proficiency.
A proponent of collaborative stakeholder and growth mindset.
Highly organised, detail oriented, independent with good time management.
Uphold confidentiality of all data.
