Strategic Operations & Integration Manager

The Strategic Operations & Integration Manager is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for translating global strategies into regional execution plans, driving operational excellence through AI / ML-enhanced planning, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role will serve as a key integrator of global processes into regional operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and innovation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Global Integration

Translate global business strategies into actionable regional plans.

Partner with engineering and analytics teams to implement AI / ML models that enhance QA workflows, resource forecasting, and operational intelligence.

Develop and maintain KPI dashboards integrating AI / ML insights to monitor ROI, service levels, and operational health.

Oversee regional resource planning, including headcount forecasting, coverage modeling, and workload balancing.

Drive post-acquisition integration and harmonization of global processes across finance, IT, HR, and legal.
