Recruitment Process
Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual / phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3, but this may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team : your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We’ll talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris : our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem‑solving scenario, etc.

Job description
ABOUT THE JOB :
- Identify and implement best practices in Demand & Supply Planning, including development and refinement of processes and tools.
- Establish and monitor standard key performance indicators across markets for demand & supply planning (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health status, production adherence).
- Drive initiatives to improve defined key performance indicators across markets.
- Continuously review and optimize Demand & Supply Planning processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce manual intervention, and automate tasks where possible.
- Foster collaboration in markets and across Demand & Supply Planning processes.
- Evaluate and lead the implementation of software and tools to streamline and enhance Demand & Supply Planning processes.
- Collaborate with Excellence Stewards in other markets to ensure process standardization, sharing of best practices, and creation of a global expert network.
- Provide trainings and mentorship to the Demand & Supply Planning community to improve their skills and expertise.
- Align with key stakeholders to define performance metrics, corresponding targets, and required timing for report generation.
- Generate high‑quality, on‑time performance metrics reports and share across markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish action plans when performance metrics fall below agreed‑upon targets.
ABOUT YOU :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics.Over 5 years of experience in demand & supply planning, with extensive experience in demand planning, production planning, and distribution, and a strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.Experience in planning with OMP, PowerBI development, or Planning Service Center is an added bonus.Skilled in process optimization : analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.Strong project management skills : ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.Experience leading cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive continuous improvement in Demand & Supply Planning processes.Advanced knowledge of relevant supply chain tools and software.Six Sigma Certification or similar is an added bonus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.WHY AMARIS?
