Job description

Location : Cyberjaya, fully onsite

Working hours : MYT Time

  • 10PM - 7AM
  • 6AM - 3PM
  • 3PM- 12AM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, etc.
  • Handle complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments
  • Record all interactions and feedback in CRM system accurately
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
  • Achieve KPIs related to response time, satisfaction scores, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
  • Fresh graduates encouraged – especially those from Science, IT, or Chemistry backgrounds
  • Problem-solving mindset and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Contract length : 26 months
