Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, etc.Handle complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfactionEscalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departmentsRecord all interactions and feedback in CRM system accuratelySupport continuous improvement of customer service processesAchieve KPIs related to response time, satisfaction scores, etc.Requirements :
Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)Fresh graduates encouraged – especially those from Science, IT, or Chemistry backgroundsProblem-solving mindset and able to remain calm under pressureDetail-oriented and committed to continuous learningJob Types : Full-time, Contract
