Product Governance Senior Analyst

Job Summary

The Markets Governance team supports the governance of the Markets businesses with respect to (1) Non-financial risks; (2) Product governance; (3) Conduct and Culture; (4) Senior manager regime; (5) Internal policies and standards. This role is primarily focused on (2).

This is executed through activities like leading or providing inputs to Product Governance Forum (PGF), New Product Approval Committee (NPAC) and Non-Financial Risk Committees (NFRCs).

Key Responsibilities

As such the Product Governance Analyst will support activities that allow the Markets business to meet requirements laid out in the Product Governance Standard and Product Governance Policy.

• Support the holistic product governance framework for Markets, through understanding Market’s strategy, group product governance framework and applicable standards.
• Support product governance deliverables and initiatives. This is performed through co-ordination of approvals, business analysis and supporting stakeholders in approving functions (e.g. Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.).
• Provide support and represent Markets (as delegated) in Product related forums and working groups within CIB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support partners to drive the Product agenda and its related Book of Work.
• Manage communication of status updates to key stakeholders including Senior Management through presentations and reports.
