Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Business Analyst with experience in General Insurance processes and strong requirements gathering, business logic recommendations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsible for capturing requirements, supporting UAT, and ensuring change management aligns with business needs throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements gathering workshops or discovery sessions with different business teams. Provide business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives. Define scoping and plan detailed approaches for all business work streams with business users. Translate business needs into effective solutions by collaborating with technical teams. Collaborate with business, technical, and non-technical resources to ensure holistic and complete solutions. Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders and document them into business specifications or use case documents for review and approval. Provide support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure change management processes are adhered to and communicate changes to all relevant teams. Establish best-practice principles with users. Participate actively in all phases of the project lifecycle : planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support. Experience / Education

Must have prior experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in General Insurance standard processes such as Policy Servicing, New Business, Underwriting, and Claims. Basic knowledge of General Insurance products (e.g., Motor, PA, Fire). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Diversity & Inclusion
