An important role to execute Agency Compensation in the governance matters and ensure all process is complying the Standard of Procedure.

• Ensure compensation and disbursement are paid based on schedule
• Ensure the commission by product is paid according to the product write-up
• Compliance with BNM guidelines in relation of the policies
• Assist to handle request on agent’s information internal / external
• Assist agency compensation team as and when required
• Provide report which related to agency as and when required
• Assist to manage external party such as LHDN
