Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor overall processing at check-in counters and boarding gate departures (ability to liaise with ground handling agents, immigration, customs, health and airport security is a must).
- Ensure smooth handling and safety of aircraft arrivals and departures (monitoring required with immediate reporting to the airline in case of emergency).
- Handle passenger complaints (must be IT savvy, with knowledge of email etiquette and timely replies).
- Complete daily and monthly reports (Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge required for submissions to Head Office).
- Ability to converse in Mandarin / English / Malay is preferred, given the large number of Chinese tourists on our airline.
- Candidates should possess a valid local driving license and passport for travel to Head Office, where comprehensive training is provided.
- Prior working experience with airlines will be an added advantage.
