- Conduct cold calls and customer visits to generate and qualify leads, building a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain existing accounts while identifying and developing new trade lanes for business growth.
- Propose targets for new accounts with no current business activity.
- Attend bi-weekly sales reviews to track pipelines and accounts.
- Maintain accurate and timely entry of all sales opportunities in MS Dynamics, including forecasting sales cycles
- with correct volume and revenues.
- Monitor account trends (up / down-trading, loss-making lanes) and take corrective actions.
- Escalate customer issues promptly to relevant internal teams
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Conversational skills in languages relevant to assigned accounts are required.
- Additional language skills (written and spoken) are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
