My client is a renowned retailer who is expanding their team. They are currently looking for a construction manager for their retail construction projects.

Your new role

Inspection / execution / review of store / remodelling project

To insure the construction process

• Coordination and support for technical due diligence before project validation
• Preparation of technical study / budget / schedule / permits application for project validation in investment committee.

What you'll need to succeed

You have a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Civil / M&E / Structure Engineer equivalent

At least 3–4 years of experience (retail preferred)

Experience in construction, tender, project management on larger stores, shopping malls / residential / real estate developments
