JOB SUMMARY

To carry out building general maintenance and curative building maintenance work as directed by the Assistant Manager and Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Officer.

JOB TASK

1. To carry out regular inspection for all the buildings along the highway.

2.To carry out building maintenance work as directed by the Assistant Manager and Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Officer.

3. To be part of the Emergency Response Team to attend to building emergency situation.

4.  Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Certificate in Building Construction or SPM
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving lorry / truck and carrying out maintenance work.
• General skill in plastering work, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs
• Possess a valid driving license Class D, GDL and E        .
• Good teamwork and commitment.
