Construction Manager (Civil Engineering) - Kuantan

Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets for civil engineering projects

Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise

Ensuring all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations

Collaborating with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address design, technical and logistical challenges

Preparing progress reports and project documentation for management and clients

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team

What we\'re looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years\' experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Engineer in the civil / structural engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects from start to finish
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety regulations
• Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
