Digital Marketing Operation, Manager

Job Descriptions : Oversee website development and technical maintenance across regions with external vendors. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO. Manage website hosting and domain administration. Plan performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes. Manage digital subscriptions such as social media monitoring, analytics, and other marketing tools. Oversee selected Google ecosystem (e.g, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Cloud) Negotiate with and manage vendors, agencies, and digital subscriptions. Consolidate and analyze multi-country digital marketing data to provide insights for decision-making. Develop comprehensive and visually engaging monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to present drive continuous improvement, and propose strategic solutions. Serve as the key person-in-charge for the department’s collaboration and workplace platforms Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to global / regional markets. Familiarity with website content management systems, hosting, domains, and digital infrastructure. Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and campaign optimization strategies. Experience handling digital tools and marketing tracking tools (e.g., social media monitoring, analytics, pixels). Familiarity with Google Ecosystem (e.g., Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager). Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning
