Job descriptionServe smiles and a mouthwatering mix of fusion eats from Hokkaido Table — blending Japanese and Italian flavors to keep our guests fueled and happy! Deliver awesome customer service that turns a regular dining & movie day into a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet (because a clean space = happy customers!). Follow Standard Operating Procedures to keep things running smoothly. Support your team with any other tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work! Minimum SPM or equivalent. Possess experience in the hospitality industry, including F&B restaurants, established restaurant franchise, casual fine dining, etc. Speaks well English, Bahasa Malaysia confidently is a must. Speaks in Chinese or other languages is an added advantage. Experienced in fine dining restaurants is an added advantage. Preferably experienced in cash handling procedures.
