Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Cutover.
• Develop the Global Template and Local teams to execute the Cutover.
• Update the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems.
• Coordinate with project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition.

• Develop detailed cut-over checklist and project plan.
• Create and maintain the Cut-over Project Plan and manage the cut-over and conversion deliverables, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over.
• Plan physical resources required for cut-over activities.
• Provide cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordinating legacy shutdown activities prior to application activation.
• Document the cut-over plan for each application with workgroups.
• Serve as single point of contact for coordinating all release planning activities with workstream / sub-workstream leads.
• Governance, stand-up, planning and execution of the cutover.
• Experience with Oracle go-live is preferred; prior experience as a standalone Cutover Manager on Oracle programmes is desirable.
• General technical project management, customer / vendor management, and business analysis; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Thai and Malay language skills are preferred.
