Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor in Architecture, Civil Engineering and any other equivalent. Possess 5 years of working experience in construction industry, specializing in architecture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software.
Job Responsibilities :
- Attend technical meeting / site meeting with consultants and provide technical solutions.
- Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
- Ensure architectural works are carried our according to specifications / drawings.
- Inform Project Director / Head of Project on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
- Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
- Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
