Job Responsibilities :

  • Attend technical meeting / site meeting with consultants and provide technical solutions.
  • Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
  • Ensure architectural works are carried our according to specifications / drawings.
  • Inform Project Director / Head of Project on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
  • Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
  • Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Architecture, Civil Engineering and any other equivalent.
  • Possess 5 years of working experience in construction industry, specializing in architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software.
