Management Associate (January 2026 Intake). Participate in a 24-month Management Associate Programme to develop supervisory and managerial capabilities within the financial and insurance sector. Responsibilities

Undergo 24-month Management Associate Programme

including : i) 3 months in the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) and ii) 21 months of on-the-job training based on the applicable Management Associate Track. Manage companywide projects and ad-hoc activities

to develop leadership skills across areas of the business. Accelerate personal growth through personal development interventions. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to understand risk and safeguard the company. Highlight potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices. Other responsibilities entailed. Qualifications

We are looking for :

A Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Biomedical-related fields, etc. Minimum CGPA of 3.5 / 4.00. 1 year or less working experience, or a fresh graduate. High level of integrity, accountability, and good teamwork attitude. Initiative to improve the current state of things and adaptability to change. How you succeed
