- Ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met by both internal and external parties.
- Maintain proper documentation of all contractual correspondence and changes.
- Participate in tendering process : preparation of tender documents, contract conditions, and bid evaluations.
- Evaluate and process claims for extension of time (EOT), loss and expense, and variations.
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare procurement schedule and budgeting, monitor material control and wastages
- Work with QS and project team to monitor cost implications related to contractual changes.
- Support in final account preparation and closing.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years' experience in contract administration in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., PAM, CIDB, JKR forms).Proficient in contract law, claims analysis, and project risk management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Experience handling large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or high-rise projects is an advantage.Job Type : Full-time
