Contract Manager

Job Description :

• Responsible for evaluation and preparation of project progress claim and verification of sub-contractor's monthly claims.
• To resolve all contractual and commercial issues and disputes at site.
• Manage, control & validate all costings and changes within the allocated budget.
• Review and recommend contractual claim and changes for verification & certification by superior.
• Responsible for contract administration in accordance to the condition of contract.
• Ensure operational work processes and documentations are in compliance with company's ISO.
• Manage and initiate tendering processes, conduct tender interviews, evaluation and analysis of cost, recommendation for award of tender and preparation of letter of award.

Job Requirements :

Strong knowledge of pre and post contract works.

Possess good analytical and negotiation skills.
