About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple brands in the travel retail segment . This role is responsible for driving innovative seasonal and festival concepts, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives and brand guidelines, and creating displays that engage diverse customer demographics for all Duty Free Stores.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of visual merchandising plans — from concept design and production to in-store implementation — while maintaining operational excellence within budget and deadlines. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering creativity and accountability in visual merchandising standards.
