Job Summary
We\'re looking for a passionate and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive new subscriptions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on building and executing innovative sales strategies across multiple channels, including on-ground events, TikTok Live, and WhatsApp Funnel . You will be responsible for maximizing revenue and expanding our customer base by leveraging these key platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new subscribers through on-ground events, TikTok Live, and WhatsApp.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and forecast future revenue growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for new subscriptions, from lead generation to conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of on-ground events, ensuring they are designed to drive maximum subscription sign-ups.
- Lead the strategy for TikTok Live sessions, including content planning, sales pitch development, and performance analysis.
- Develop and implement a scalable sales process using WhatsApp to nurture leads and close sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.Deep understanding and hands-on experience with sales through on-ground events, social media platforms (especially TikTok Live ), and messaging apps like WhatsApp .Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Be careful - Don\'t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
