Get to Know the Team : The Fulfillment tech family is a pillar allowing Grab to out-serve our customers and partners across Southeast Asia. You will be reporting to the Senior Software Engineering Manager. We work on high throughput, real-time distributed systems that handle hundreds of millions of requests per day. Our team is distributed across Singapore, Beijing, Indonesia, and Malaysia. English is used for communication.

Our mission is to offer the best products and experiences to our driver partners to increase adoption and engagement of our services, improve driver partner opportunities and efficiency to fulfill customer orders without fail, and create efficient marketplaces by determining a price that is sustainable and loved by our partners and customers.

Get to Know the Role

• Develop and maintain the back-end system of the million-user-scale supply search platform, ensuring stable operation and efficient response.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data related to driver choice, explore influencing factors, and improve drivers' decision-making paths and order matching strategies through technical means.

This role is onsite based in our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office.
