Job Description

• Educate management / colleagues / technical staff in advanced UI / UX concepts.
• Review all software apps collectively with the analytics team and determine areas for improvement.
• Work collectively with Business Analyst to complement design and software business needs.
• Illustrate / provide detailed information architecture documentation / design ideas (sitemaps, wireframes, functional specifications / requirements, storyboards, process / task flows, etc.) to the development team.
• Conclude best practices for UI / UX approaches based on user research, contextual inquiries, and usability testing of websites and apps.
• Prepare, present, initiate, and conduct client discovery sessions / drafts and gather requirements from stakeholders and user interviews, pre-and post-launch usability testing.
