Job descriptionProfound experience in Service Management role. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. Leadership experience. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Access or understanding of the industrial market i.e. F&B, Power, Maritime and HVAC markets is added advantage. Excellent MS Office skills. Familiar with working with CRM and scheduling management tools. Willing to travel frequently Mid-Senior level Full-time Information Technology

Your job duties
- Making sure that all service and support requests from customers are handled proficiently and in a timely manner.
- Supervise the technical team.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on all activities and forecasts to the General Manager.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and distribution partners.
- Identify and report on potential new markets, industries and opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth technical process.
- Coach, grow and develop the technical team members.
