Finance Manager, Property

The companyis a leading real estate development company, primarily based in Malaysia. It focuses on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, delivering high-quality properties across Malaysia and internationally. Its portfolio includes landmark developments such as township projects, office buildings, and retail spaces, contributing significantly to urbanization and economic growth in the regions it serves.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans for property portfolios.
• Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.
• Prepare financial models and sensitivity analyses for property acquisitions, developments, and sales.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable / receivable, cash flow management, and banking transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and statutory compliance reports.
• Track property performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, rental yields, and return on investment (ROI).
