The Job
Oversee the CRM system, ensuring that leads, clients, and partners are accurately assigned and unassigned to relevant team members in the Business Development DepartmentDevelop and implement CRM processes and procedures that align with company objectives and industry best practicesGenerate regular reports and provide analytics on the performance of the Business Development Department, including lead generation, trading volume generated, conversion rates, and client / partner retentionAct as the primary point of contact for CRM system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, coordinating with IT and other relevant departments as neededEnsure the accuracy and relevance of Tableau reports by regularly updating data, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any discrepancies or inconsistenciesCollaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to establish and maintain performance benchmarks and KPIs for the Business Development DepartmentProvide training and support to team members on the effective use of the CRM system, Backend, Tableau, and other tools necessary for their rolesParticipate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Development DepartmentStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM management, analytics, and business development to ensure the company remains competitive and continues to provide exceptional service to clients / partnersPerform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations ManagerThe Profile
Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other BI systemsExperience with Google Workspace or MicrosoftExperience with CRM systemsGood Math skillsAnalytical mindsetExperience with Business Development Department, pipelines and workflowEnglish and Malay languagesThe Employer
