We are just beginning our expansion into the Malaysian market and are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Sales Executives. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to drive ByteHR's growth strategy in Malaysia, contributing to the success of our regional expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through outbound cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and requirement gathering sessions with potential clients, highlighting value propositions clearly and addressing objections effectively.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy along with CEO to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing regular reports and forecasts to the CEO.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve quality of inbound lead generation campaigns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless client onboarding.
