Job descriptionEscalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels. Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly Gather client's feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism. Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting Escalating issues which are beyond the training level provided. Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between Webhelp and our client focusing on quality and appropriate communication. Engage with internal & external parties to understand requirements for execution Minimum 3 years' experience in Technical support and Customer Service Have understanding about E-commerce Understand Software and Hardware Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Education level : Diploma and above Minimum 2 years' experience in IT or relevant experiences Be familiar with the Computer and Laptop Able to support APJ hour : 8am - 5pm Basic knowledge about Excel Knowledge on Javascript and / or Cloud Development Have sales representative experience. Having technical customer support is an advantage. Basic mathematical skills
