Strong coordination and communication skills will be an advantage. Plan and manage the factory / warehouse operations (communicate, site, checking, receipt, physical delivery, cycle count, packing, distribution and storage) to secure best outcome of warehouse processes in terms of service and quality. Manage supply chain projects. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the delivery note and that the agreed quantity has been received. Coordinate with Site for delivery arrangement and planning. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. Organise, maintain and manage inventory levels and stock controls. Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures. Report information and activities to superior as required. Perform other duties assigned and directed by Management. Candidate with a diploma or degree in Business Studies / Administration, Inventory Control / Warehouse Management, and Logistics / Transportation will be preferred. 1 year previous warehouse experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Organizational, time management and mathematical skills. Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and basic computer skills. Good knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Word / Excel).
