About Our Client

Job Description

Manage all aspects of indirect tax compliance, including GST, VAT, and other applicable taxes.

Provide strategic advice on tax planning to optimize tax efficiencies across the organization.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns in accordance with local regulations.

Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address tax-related queries and provide solutions.

Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.

Support audits and resolve tax disputes with relevant authorities.

Train and mentor team members on indirect tax matters.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Indirect Tax Manager Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.

Strong expertise in indirect tax compliance, including GST and VAT.

Proven ability to manage and interpret complex tax regulations effectively.

Experience in the FMCG industry or similar sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for tax optimization.
