Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
  • Possess basic administrative support skills, including file organization, data entry and report generation.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
  • Responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in the day-to-day admin activities including edit & update info to social media.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 6 working days.
