Requirements
- Minimum SPM / 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Possess basic administrative support skills, including file organization, data entry and report generation.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
- Responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both physical and digital.Assist in the day-to-day admin activities including edit & update info to social media.Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.6 working days.Benefits
